Every Tuesday evening from 7:30pm-9:45pm ( East Bridgwater Sports Centre )

Every Sunday evening from 6pm-8pm ( Enmore Memorial Hall )

MANY HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK SO THE SOONER THE MATS ARE OUT, THE SOONER WE CAN START. HELP IS ALWAYS APPRECIATED WITH THE MATS.

First attendance is complimentary, after that sessions are £5.00 each or both for £8.00
